Regular Visits at Our Brecksville Office

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

A typical visit to our office will begin with you "signing in" at our front desk. Then you will either be seated and have a short wait or be escorted back to a treatment room to begin your therapy, which can consist of hot or cold packs, electric stimulation, ultrasound or spinal decompression.

Once therapy has been completed you will see the doctor to get their chiropractic adjustment and then end with any stretches, exercises, or rehab therapy that the doctor has prescribed.

On your way out please stop at the front desk to schedule your next appointment or settle any financial transactions unless prior arrangements have been made. Typical office visits last about 20 minutes.

Dr. Adam Asks some important questions of interest to Brecksville residents - Chiropractor Brecksville Dr. Adam Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
What's your plan to deal with drug-resistant 'super germs'?
Chiropractors have always been concerned with the indiscriminate use of antibiotics, accelerating the mutation of microbes that make "wonder" drugs increasingly ineffective. My strategy? Do everything possible to bolster my immune system through proper diet, rest, exercise, clean air, pure water and an optimally functioning nervous system with regular chiropractic care.
