Introducing Brecksville Chiropractor, Dr. Adam Mack

I admit, I was a skeptic, " remembers Dr. Mack. "But my cousin insisted that I look into chiropractic. During my undergraduate studies I had only focused on physical therapy, but he showed me how I can have more opportunities through chiropractic. I thank him every time I see him.

Dr. Mack graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. During his undergraduate studies, he worked as a physical therapy aide in an outpatient and inpatient setting for four years.

He then went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology and his Doctorate of Chiropractic in Chicago, Illinois. During this time, he pursued an interest in training methods of enhancing athletic performance and became certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA

Dr. Mack worked as a chiropractor for three years in Macedonia, Ohio. He most recently started Brecksville Chiropractic and Rehabilitation, Inc. on August 2nd, 2002.

Dr. Mack is married to Diane and together they have two children, Gracie and A.J.  Gracie is 3 years old and A.J. is 1 year old and they have yet to use an antibiotic. (If that sounds interesting, be sure to ask Dr. Mack)

Dr. Adam Asks some important questions of interest to Brecksville residents - Chiropractor Brecksville Dr. Adam Asks...

How come medical doctors don't recommend chiropractic?
That's changing. Years of prejudice and bias are giving way to research showing the benefits of chiropractic care. As more and more Brecksville folks seek alternatives to drugs and surgery, more and more medical practitioners are referring their patients to chiropractors.
If you have a fever, are you sick or healthy?
Chiropractors love asking this question because it gets to the root of the chiropractic difference. Turns out fevers, vomiting, coughing and even sneezing are all healthy responses. It means your body is working correctly. Taking medications to suppress these natural processes can actually prolong your recovery.
